If questions arise, a rep from our Call Center will be with you every step of the way. They’ll help as much as you need them—or as little—and will work with you to maximize your experience. Please download this app in a place where you have a reliable WiFi connection before you arrive on the day of your tour, and be sure to sign in with the same info you used during your registration.
WHEN YOU ARRIVETurn on your smartphone’s Bluetooth and use the Tour24 app to generate unique codes to unlock our community spaces as well as the apartments you’re touring. Click Tour Now to start the tour and keep the app open to get highlights along the way.

Yes! A rep from our Call Center will be available during registration and while you’re touring to help if you get lost, answer any questions, set up additional units to tour based on your needs, and assist with the application process. If your tour is scheduled while our leasing office is open, there will also be an on-site staff member available to help. If you require assistance during your tour, please contact the office and our on-site staff member would be happy to assist you.
Be sure you’re entering your name exactly as it appears on your ID. For example, if your license shows “Benjamin,” your form will be rejected if you enter “Ben.” If the issue continues, reach out to our Call Center rep.
This tour is completely free, but the app requires your credit card information to verify the card is valid and active, and if any damages are incurred as a result of your tour, we reserve the right to charge the damages to your credit card. As the app verifies, you may see a temporary $1 charge, but it is immediately removed after you complete registration.
You’ll need the Tour24 app in order to unlock areas in our community and access apartments, including the unit you’re touring. Using a simple Bluetooth connection, it will also provide helpful details about the neighborhood, the community, and the unit while you’re inside.
Typically, entering the code too quickly or without using the # symbol first is the cause of the problem. Please try again and press the # symbol first and then the 4-digit code (example #1234). If this does not work after a couple of attempts, you may call Tour24 at 1.888.297.7411 or our Call Center rep who’s there to assist you.

Once you’re inside our community, remember to keep your Bluetooth connection on so the app can provide you with all the details you need about our pool, fitness center, dog park, and apartments as you reach each space. Your tour will give you access to a number of different floor plans, and you can customize the tour path to fit all your wants and needs.
