Middleburg Donates Towards Habitat Restoration and Tackles Park Clean Up

Our corporate team partnered with the National Park Service and Rock Creek Conservancy to help with removal of invasive plant species around trees cages in Broad Branch park which is part of the Rock Creek Park. We were guided by Ana Chuquin, Biological Technician and Danielle Churchill, Habitat Restoration Intern. Our team filled several bags of invasive plants allowing planted trees room to grow. The weather was warm but we managed to complete the entire section needed by our guides. In addition to volunteering, Middleburg made a donation of $250 in an effort to help with future habitat Restoration
