Middleburg Announces Entry to Myrtle Beach Market with Mosby Apartment Homes

Mosby Will Feature 332 Class A Apartment Homes in the Towne Centre at Carolina Forest and Have the Most Ample Amenities and Highest Finish Levels in Myrtle Beach

VIENNA, VA (July 31, 2017)- Middleburg, a Vienna, Virginia-based real estate investment, development, and management firm, officially announces its entry into the Myrtle Beach market. Mosby will be a 332 Unit Class A apartment development located on Hinson Drive within the Towne Centre at Carolina Forest.  

This development will bring a new level of design interest and sophistication to the Myrtle Beach multifamily market.  Middleburg intends to position Mosby at the top of the rental market in Myrtle Beach by offering a level of finishes and amenities that distinguish it among the marketplace, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops,  plank flooring in the living areas, tile backsplashes in the kitchen, internal  corridors,  washers and dryers in all apartment homes, and elevators servicing 116 units. Middleburg currently has two other Class A apartment projects in South Carolina. Mosby Poinsett a 288 unit development in Greenville opened in April 2017 and Mosby Ingleside, a 312 unit development in Charleston is currently under construction with first units to be delivered in November of this year.

 Construction for Mosby is expected to commence in December 2017 with pre-leasing to start late summer 2018.The architect of record is Humphreys and Partners of Dallas. Interior design services are being provided by DEI of Atlanta.  Summit Contracting Group, Inc. of Jacksonville is serving as general contractor. Landscape architecture is being provided by Land Art and DDC Engineers, Inc. will be providing civil engineering services, both firms are local to Myrtle Beach.
