We're committed to making sure everything in your apartment is working property. To that end, we'll be coming by your apartment quarterly to make sure everything is working in tip-top shape and will give you at least 48 hours of advance notice. In the event that something breaks, submit a work order immediately through the Resident Portal, or contact your community manager.
