As Vice President of Research and Analysis, Mr. Lynch provides market intelligence to inform Middleburg's investment and development decisions.
Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Lynch worked for 6 years as a real estate consultant at RCLCO (Robert Charles Lesser & Co.) where he conducted real estate advisory services and market analyses for a wide variety of clients across the United States. Most recently, Mr. Lynch served as the Research and Development Manager at George Washington Universitys Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis.
Mr. Lynch earned a bachelors degree in International Relations and German from the College of William and Mary and a masters degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
