The property is beautiful and the amenities are great. I absolutely love the view of the mountain whenever I'm taking a walk. My neighbors are very hospitable and the staff is professional and interpersonal. It's really quiet and peaceful.

Moved to Greenville 7 years ago. This is absolutely the best rental property I have stayed in thus far. Service is impeccable and my neighbors are friendly.
We are new renters at Mosby Poinsett. It is a beautiful facility with an awesome clubhouse, fitness center, and pool area. Plus it is pet friendly and we have a dog so that was of most importance. The two-bedroom apartment holds a lot of items with two walk-in closets and a laundry room. Included in the rent is a washer and dryer which is another great feature. After 26 years of homeownership, we are loving being new renters. No more grass cutting or maintaining gardens and a lot less work to maintain the modern apartment. It's a five-star resort and the staff is helpful and very nice. The few minor issues were handled very quickly by their maintenance team. It is so nice to live here we may have to be long term renters. Highly recommended.
