"There has been a lot of talk about picking up after pets. During several of my walks around the property each day, I usually observe our residents picking up after themselves. However, I also notice residents from neighboring apartment communities bringing their pets over to our property to handle their business, and, they very rarely pick anything up. Rather, when they are finished, they Quickly return to their own property to avoid being called out for their actions...or lack there of."
